Sjonkel Geir kom på besøk. Jeg tror nok det mest var Edvart han ville se. Geir reiser straks til sjøs så neste gang han ser Edvart er han Edvart seks måneder gammel.

Catarina, Ana Maria and myself

Catarina is one of my good friends from Portugal! When i studied in Algarve I got to know a group of very special people.They all studied Marin biologi. Two of their friends went to Norway to study at the Norwegian college of fishery science for a semester, and in exchange for them they got me! They showed me so much hospitality and friendlynes and they made that semester unforgetable! One person I got to know a little better.She is a very special person, the natural senter of the group. She is warm, loving, funny and kind. She opened up her home to me, and Im lucky to still have her as my friend. That special someone is Catarina!

I know that Catarina follows my life here at my Blog and also at Knuts site,but she does not understand Norwegian.. Babelfish does not offer Norwegian-english translation, so Ill just have to write in English some times. Im afraid my english is no better then the Babelfish version but I hope its understandable!

This Blog is just some thoughts and happenings in my new life as a mother. I write about Edvart and all the things that happens to him. He is almost seven weeks now and everything goes so fast! I hope by writing this that I will remember this special time in my and his life. Sometimes I put some picetures on the Blog but for picetures Knut site is better, there you can always see what we are up to!

Today we have just stayed in because its snowing like crazy outside! Im not feeling great and I want to be well tomorrow when the weekend starts. We are going home to my parents in Skien this weekend. They cant wait to see Edvart again! Its just a two hour drive from Oslo. Im so looking forward to show it all to you when you come to Norway. remember the flight company Norwegian (www.norwegian.no) they have really inexpencive tickets from Faro!

Sitting here in the snow Im dreaming of sunny Algarve! I hope its not to long before we can show Edvart the country I love so much. His first flight trip is in April when we are going to the north of Norway to visit Knuts family. We really look forward to that!
